If my User is added to multiple projects, it can be tedious in scrolling through the Project List.

Just as an update, the ability to search for a project on Android (and add it to your "Favourites" list) will be added soon in an upcoming larger update.
Many thanks for submitting this Idea. Although I cannot give you a date of when this will be delivered we are planning to add "Project Search" functionality to a future release of Field on Android.
