One key improvement for the Bentley portal would be the ability to attach an existing issue to a PDF annotation.

Currently, this functionality is available in Infrastructure Cloud, but it is not supported in Synchro Field. Enabling users to link existing issues to annotations across the Bentley portal would streamline the workflow and improve traceability.
