When we do resource progressing, and if we have a Removing Activity, the component geometry is not appear. We need to set the timeline to the task date so we can see the geometric.
To help user easily get the timeline for that task, it is good to have a button that can directly move the time line to that task date or may be today date.
Indrawan - please check if the latest Field has this issue addressed. I marked as existing capability. You can reopen and discuss with Luke if it is not satisfactory.

Thanks for raising this Idea and apologies for the delayed response.
Field has the option, within Resource Statusing, under "Display" to set the "Status Date" (by either picking a point in time or selecting "Latest" (default).
I believe this would resolve what you are trying to achieve with this idea, can you please let me know?
