Thanks for submitting this Idea and apologies for the delayed response. Speaking with our Development Team, I do not believe it is still necessary to clear the cache when a Form definition changes, instead a user should be able to do a "pull down" on the screen to refresh.
Please let me know if you consider this as still a problem and we will investigate further.
